Ingredients:

1/2 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon unsweetened canned pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon packed light brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (store bought or from receipe below)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (Imitation Vanilla Extract flavor to suit)
1 cup hot brewed, strong coffee
2 tablesppons of half & half cream
1 teaspoon granulated white sugar
Optional: For finishing Whip Cream and a sprinkle of Ground Nutmeg.


1. In a microwave safe container combine milk, pumpkin, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla. Whisk mixture together thoroughly. Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. You want to remove it when the milk is hot and frothy.

2. Pour the warm contents into your tall coffee mug. Add your hot strong coffee. Pour in the cream and add the teaspoon of sugar. Stir thoroughly add additional sugar to taste.

3. Drink Topping... Finish the drink off with your favorite whip cream and a sprinkle of Nutmeg.

How to make Pumpkin Spice Ingredients:

3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons nutmeg
1 ½ teaspoons ground allspice
1 ½ teaspoons ground cloves

Directions:
Combine spices in a small bow, mix well to combine. Store in a small jar or spice container.
